Clients Charter

  1. Students’ registration is done within one (1) hour if complete documentation is present.
  2. The process of providing education services is based on the latest course syllabus provided by the Curriculum Development Division to achieve the objective of academic excellence.
  3. Status of action on customer feedback is notified to customers within 2 weeks after feedback is received.
  4. Final examination result is processed within two (2) weeks after the semester ends.
